ARH COVID-19 Employee Emergency Assistance Guidelines
Due to the unprecedented impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the ARH Foundation for Healthier Communities has initiated an Employee Emergency Assistance Fund. Through the generous donations of our employees, vendors, and the general public, we are grateful to be able offer some limited assistance to our employees during this difficult time.
This fund was established to help employees and their immediate families navigate financial stress and unforeseen circumstances that call for immediate action and an urgent need for assistance or relief (immediate family for the purpose of this program is defined as legal spouse or legal dependent child).
Guidelines:
Hardships brought on by COVID-19 such as:
Loss of Primary Residence
Death of an employee or immediate family member which causes financial hardship
Care for an employee or immediate family member which causes financial hardship
Utilities Assistance

Food Assistance
Grocery Assistance
Other Emergent Financial Hardships resultant of COVID-19
