Whitesburg ARH Hospital
Build, Heal and Thrive
View Brochure

As the leadership of Whitesburg ARH Hospital considered current and future patient needs, it became apparent that renovation of the hospital, combined with an addition to the current structure is the best option. The new and renovated spaces will provide state-of the-art facilities, customized to meet the specific medical needs of our patients and our community. The Build, Heal, Thrive project comes to life. We will Build a state-of-the-art facility for our community that includes private rooms for patients, and will improve our capability to handle surgical and obstetric patient care demands. In private rooms, patients will Heal in a serene, comfortable and quiet environment. They will feel the dignity and peace of mind of having confidential interactions with their healthcare providers and families. With a modern and welcoming facility that inspires pride and promotes excellent care, our patients, and in turn our community, will Thrive. The ARH Foundation for Healthier Communities, together with a group of committed community volunteers, has agreed to raise the necessary philanthropic funds to help make Build, Heal, Thrive possible. The Foundation's goal is to raise $2 million to expand and renovate the hospital, and an additional $2 million to offset the costs of furnishing the new and renovated spaces.
